Contact your Customers
This video may not be suitable for people working on a slow broadband connection. If you are experiencing any difficulties then please give us call and we'd be happy to show you in person.

This video moves quite fast to keep the file sizes down - but show's some really critical functionality. To make it clearer the steps that are undertaken are as follows:

1. Email addresses are entered into a mailing list. You can see that I had already created lists for Prospect Customers, High Value, Lost and Suppliers. These can be changed in seconds to what ever, and however many you like. In the video I typed the email addresses in but they can easily be copied and pasted in (from Excel for example).

2. I created a test email and sent it to the 'High Value Customer' list that I had added my email addresses to. In this screen you could see that we had the option to send HTML or plain text mail (anything with images or advanced formating is normally HTML). We also had the option of reviewing previously sent messages (this is useful for example if Inceptum have created you a HTML email you could copy and paste it from a previous send out and just change the text).

3. We saw the mail come into my Inbox with an unsubscribe field included.

4. I chose to 'Unsubscribe' and was given confirmation

5. When we check the mailing list the email had gone.

6. Relax and think about the possibilities for managing customer contact through you website. It can be done anywhere, all messages are logged and saved for the next time and the recipient can unsubscribe automatically.

A system from Inceptum can do this and so much more! Wy not get in touch with us today for further information about how we could assist with your web presence.
